COVID-19 and Zero X Eco

As communities around the world are struggling with Coronavirus (COVID-19), I wanted to reach out and address concerns about the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and the steps we’re taking at Zero X Eco continue our focus on supporting an eco-friendly and zerowaste lifestyle while also keeping people safe and healthy.

Our number one priority is the safety of our customers, employees and their families. We are staying well informed of the developing situation and are following the advice and recommendations from the Government and the World Health Organisation. We are closely monitoring the situation to make sure we are taking all precautions to protect our customers and colleagues alike.

One of the key ways this pandemic would affect our customers is the increased restrictions and delays in international shipping and customs processing of goods. This may already be apparent, with increased delivery times for some of our items depending on the country of residence. As a result, we have now made all deliveries FREE worldwide (Please use the code COVID-19 at checkout). We are monitoring the situation closely and will amend any policies in line with Government advice.  Any Zero X Eco team member who is worried they have symptoms of Coronavirus (COVID-19) is encouraged to stay home in line with the latest guidelines. Please be patient with emails as there may be a reduced staff force to answer them in our usual timely manner.
